Refunds are not available once creative or technical work has begun, including strategy sessions, design drafts, campaign setup, or domain/hosting purchases.
For digital services (e.g., ad campaigns, social media management, website maintenance plans):
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact support@datesh.co.za. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before escalation.
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
